Fox Crossing Aspen is managed by Alpine Capital Partners which in turn is managed by the developers, Harris A. Cahn and Rick Crandall. Cahn and Crandall have teamed with Kevin Kalkhoven as a principal investor plus 19 other equity partners including substantial cash investments made by the project architect, one of the project listing agents and several other knowledgeable Aspen developers. |
