It is the best time to buy that I have seen in 32 years of Aspen Real Estate.If you are buying to invest,even better. The return on the investment beats the return with your funds sitting in the bank. Coupled with the real estate market at or near the bottom the appreciation will be a plus in the near future.Once you decide how much you want to invest,a good broker should present you with a choice of properties in that range.
