High Aspen Ranch, assisted by the Roaring Fork Valley Horse Council, is holding the Horseback Ride for the Cure benefiting Susan G. Komen Aspen on Sunday, Aug. 8.
The horseback ride is at the incredible High Aspen Ranch at the summit of Missouri Heights. There are spectacular views all around, the trails are wonderful for the ride, and there will be a picnic lunch with live music from Twerp Anderson. It will be a great day! Read More>>

Many people agree that there is no better way to start the Fourth of July celebration than with one of Aspen's most popular traditions: the annual Boogie's Diner Buddy 5-Mile Race and 1-Mile Family Walk to benefit the Buddy Program!
Whether to challenge themselves on the 5-mile course or to enjoy a leisurely walk on a beautiful day, more than 1,000 participants gathered on Monday at the corner of Cooper and Hunter to support a worthy cause: the Buddy Program and our local children. This race, celebrating its 30th anniversary, provides funding to support more than 600 local youth from Aspen to Parachute, through mentoring and other vital services such as counseling, scholarships, and activities.
